I’ve spent much of my life happily immersed in story and language. An early love of reading led me to writing, and decades of reading and writing led me to editing. Through lifelong attention to narratives and the sentences that build them piece by piece, I have developed a deep, intuitive understanding of what works and what doesn’t.
In my years as a writer and editor, I have worked with Nobel Prize Laureates, industry thought leaders, and independent authors with exceptional vision. My experience spans nonfiction and fiction book manuscripts, magazine articles, blogs, web content, marketing copy, and white papers. Additionally, I have served as associate editor of the Sam’s Club bimonthly magazine, Healthy Living Made Simple, and worked as a copywriter for an award-winning direct selling company. I have a bachelor’s degree in English with a writing emphasis.
I live in the beautiful community of Boise, Idaho, with my son and a profusion of books. When not doing the work I love, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, in nature, and, of course, with words, stories, and ideas.
